Yes. The selling agent is appointed by and represents the property owner. A buyer's agent represents the buyer. Our role is to approach the transaction from your side and help you research, assess and negotiate the purchase.
Yes. As part of our full buying service, we can physically inspect shortlisted properties and report back to you. This can be particularly useful if you're busy, live outside the area or simply don't want to spend every weekend inspecting unsuitable homes.
Yes. We can search and assess properties against your agreed brief, helping narrow down the market so you can focus on opportunities that genuinely suit what you're looking for.
Yes. When you decide to pursue a property, we can communicate and negotiate with the selling agent on your behalf as part of the purchase process.
Yes. Rowe Finance & Property also provides mortgage broking services, so if you need finance we can help coordinate the lending and property sides of your purchase. You can also use our buyer's agent service independently if your finance is already arranged elsewhere.
Not necessarily. You can speak with us before your finance is finalised. However, understanding your borrowing position and purchasing budget before actively pursuing properties is important. If you need help with this, our finance service can assist.
No. No buyer's agent can responsibly guarantee that every property will be purchased below market value. Our role is to research the opportunity, provide informed guidance and negotiate strategically on your behalf so you can make a considered purchasing decision.
