Most first home buyers organise a mortgage broker, search for properties themselves, negotiate with agents, organise inspections and somehow try to understand contracts along the way.
We do things differently.
Our First Home Concierge brings everything together under one experienced team so you have one point of contact from your first conversation right through to settlement.
To make sure every client receives genuine one-on-one support, we only take on a limited number of Concierge clients at any one time. This service is currently available for eligible buyers purchasing within the Perth metropolitan area. If you're unsure whether you qualify, book a free discovery call and we'll let you know.

Once you're ready, we'll help you find a property you'll feel confident buying. We'll help you search, inspect properties with you, complete due diligence, negotiate where required and guide you until you've found the right home.
Move In With Confidence
Once your offer has been accepted, we'll coordinate everything behind the scenes. We'll work alongside your lender, settlement agent and everyone involved to keep everything on track, so you can focus on preparing for move-in day.
